Cancellation Policy

  1. Notice Period:
    • Clients may cancel their services with Styx Media by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. This allows us to conclude ongoing work and transition projects smoothly.

  2. Service Continuation:
    • Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the 30-day notice period. No further charges will be incurred after this period.
  3. Final Deliverables:
    • Any pending deliverables within the scope of work will be provided by the end of the notice period, provided all dues are cleared.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
    • If a client cancels services with at least 30 days’ notice and has prepaid for future months of service beyond the notice period, a prorated refund will be issued for unused time.
    • If Styx Media is unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal issues, clients may request a refund for undelivered portions of the project.
  2. Non-Refundable Cases:
    • Payments made for completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable for any third-party costs (e.g., ad spend on platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads) incurred during the project.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, clients must email [email protected] with relevant details, including the reason for the refund and proof of payment.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  4. Stripe Disputes:
    • In case of disputes or chargebacks initiated through Stripe, we will follow Stripe’s dispute resolution process. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes to resolve issues amicably.
